I'm disappointed by their lack of regard for customer service. I wish I had something good to say about this motorcycle shop. This place exists only because there are no other BMW shops near Miami. I’ve done everything from purchasing bikes to ordering parts and having service done here. The customer service is lame. The folks that own the place and the employees all share a snobby attitude. They make you feel like they’re doing you a big favor at every turn. The shop takes forever to get work done.

OMG worst service department I have ever experienced. Now I know why they have so many negative reviews. Especially after having a conversation with the general manager. (Garcia) I purchased 2 motorcycles here and service them as well. Moving forward I wouldn’t purchase or service my motorcycle here. Zero regards for customer service. They just don’t care.

Very bad service from BMW, yesterday while I was on the street my motorcycle stopped, I called a triple A tow truck, I took it to the official BMW Miami dealership (as it should be) while I was with the tow truck at the dealership they did not receive it because I had to request an appointment, I had to take it to another mechanic who resolved it in 1 hour, they began to sell low quality motorcycles (royal in faithful) and they neglect the BMW customer, a Shame, for my part they lost a customer, and I will give them a very bad name, this does not happen in other brands

Really, the store is a level but in the service area I think I DO NOT recommend them and it is not because of the staff but because of the store’s policies. I don’t know the Brand. I recommend doing the services in another location, even behind the store there is a service workshop that I recommend

I Purchased a new Bike there. the sales person did not know a thing about the bike, but of course she rushed me to make the purchase.
made an appointment for first service and the first available time was 3 weeks ahead, arrived a quarter to 9am, then they had me waited for 7 hours!!
The service dept can care less, they dont inform you of anything, including bike been ready for almost an hour and not saying a word. lucky I asked multiple times..
terrible customer service. !!
FYI, a first time service for a Royal Infield is u$s 420.00 the sales person lied when she sold it was only around U$s 200.
Should have read reviews before going. I will never go back there never.

Alen and Francisco Garcia are rude con artists. Alen likes to hang up the phone on people and lie about everything. These scam artists should be sued for fraud. BUYER BEWARE!!! Stay away from the Garcias and bmw Miami unless you want to get ripped off and hear a bunch of bs excuses! I can't wait for the lies and excuses these guys come up with. They're delusional con artists that only make $ by being the only bmw motorcycle dealer in solo.

Bad decision was to take my new BMW Transcontinental to this Dealer. I just want to talk about Paula Espinosa, the worst service manager I have ever met. I bought my motorcycle at BMW motorcycles of Greensboro and paid for PPM II which means Preventive Planned Maintenance. This plan has national and Canadian coverage, so my motorcycle can be serviced at any authorized BMW dealer. I left my motorcycle at the BMW dealer motorcycles of Miami and Ms. Paula Espinosa refused to recognize my prepaid maintenance plan, and even tried to charge me $562.58 for the service. I contacted BMW motorcycles of Greenboro who did everything necessary to resolve my problem and approved the payment for said service via email. EVEN when the motorcycle was ready, Paula Espinosa refused to give me my motorcycle because the payment had not been reflected in the system and she did not want to speak with the Greensboro representative that I had on the phone. After a whole morning of waiting my motorcycle was delivered to me.

Zero Star if it was an option. I called yesterday to speak to service and they told me they would call me back because they were busy. Instead of a call they sent me a message using whats app. I informed Paula to please call me, Paula finally called 24 hrs later, only to tell me the same thing she sent on the text. She said it was best if I kept the motorcycle at my house until the date, to avoid any scratches or dings that may happen at the shop. After hearing that I told her I wouldn’t be using them moving forward. She hung up with no care in the world. On the other hand Gulf Coast BMW service was excellent and set me up for service in less than 10 minutes on the 1st call and offered to keep it there, until they can work on it. Gulf Coast BMW is top notch. If you want to be treated by people that care look no further than Gulf Coast BMW with the cleanest and uncluttered service area and show room I have seen. Its sad I have travel 2 hours to get service, but its worth it. I won’t give people that don’t care my attention.

Zero stars for service - they make it so difficult to drop off your bike, it’s not even worth having warranty. Service team is understaffed, overwhelmed, and unavailable. It took several months to get an appointment and when I brought my bike a couple hours late, they were “full” and turned me away. It has been a horrible experience to deal with service.

Although this store has decent selection, the way they treat their customers and the prices for service merits considering another dealer.
I had a horrible experience selling my motorcycle there on consignment where they forced me to pay for charges on repairs to accessory lighting AFTER they allowed the buyer to take the motorcycle home and held payment to me for the sale hostage for two weeks. That will never happen again, I can guarantee you.
On top of that, the person in charge of such horrible decision refused to try to reason with me to reach a resolution and instead chose to yell at me and told me to call my attorney instead of calling him. I believe his name is Alexis, he has absolutely no people or customer service skills.
I should mention that I had, at this point, purchased several motorcycles from them, so the above treatment was completely uncalled for. I am glad there are plenty of other dealers in the area. I also left several messages for the Owner Mr. Francisco, to report the situation, he never bothered to return a call or message, so I guess repeat business is not that important to them.
Buyer beware.

Very unfortunate to have such a bad experience with this shop, as it is the closest to where I live. I had been ignoring the rumors and negative reputation BMW MoM has been building within the rider community of city, until I had a bad taste myself. Aside from not fixing the bike properly, I was overcharged by almost 3 times the estimated cost, for living it there longer than expected (covid plus sprained ankle) - when in fact, the bike wasn't fixed in the timeframe advised.
Don't take my word for it, but please ask around before trusting your motorcycle or your business to this establishment.

As other reviews have stated, the staff experience here is next to worthless. Walked in to look at a few motorcycles listed online - turns out the website is completely off as they list bikes that have been sold recently, you'll stand around for 30 minutes before a staff member talks to you to ask questions, and when you do ask questions the staff talks Spanish behind your back (I speak Spanish, I can understand what your saying even though I'm white ). Ultimately the worst experience l've had in a motorcycle shop and l've been to a lot. Go to a dealer that respects your time and self, don't give these guys your money.

OMG! The customer service at this place is horrible. I'm surprised the are a BMW dealer. The parts manager sucks, I was on a motorcycle trip all the way from Utah, my GPS broke, it was under guarantee, they had one in stock, I called Garmin they said to stop by and they should be able to help me and she did the impossible Not to help me. That's not the culture lady, you should read a book or two about customer service and learn more about what BMW is all about, definitely failed. I think if this is the manager I can only imagine how horrible she leads her team.

I bought my first two bikes from here in 06-07, got the first F800 in Miami. The guys in the parts department were great, always went there for parts. Last time I went in there I didn't see anyone I recognized, guess it's been like 8 years so whatever. The issue I have is I've been trying to call the parts department for an hour today, as well as an hour last week, no answer. Leave a message, no call back. Decided to try all the other extensions, sales, service, no answers, every time. I went in there a couple weeks ago just looking, was one person in there buying a bike, and a bunch of employees. After walking around looking at merch for 10 minuets, someone finally greeted me but I did all the talking.
I just can't imagine that there is not one person there to at least answer the phone one of these many times I call. Put me on hold or something. I want to buy BMW parts, you guys sell them, do you want to make sales or no? Have to just start ordering this stuff online. Sad. Next closest dealer is Lauderdale who are great, always used to drive the 60 miles to service there in the past. Went up last week to pick up the parts I needed. For which miami could have sold me....drive to lauderdale to get your bike worked on if you ask me. Order online if you can wait for parts. Who knows if they even have anything in stock, or anyone is there to check in person...shrug.

While traveling I was excited to stop off at another BMW motorrad dealer as I am an enthusiast who loves and supports the brand. Upon my arrival I was excited to see the size and volume of inventory.
However their customer service was non-existent. I walked around the showroom looking at apparel and helmets for 30 mins, never once was I was greeted or acknowledged. The employees would go out of their way to ignore you and were speaking to each other in Spanish and would make eye contact with me and go back to chatting. After standing at the counter for 5 minutes and being ignored I placed the items that I had picked out, back on the shelf and walked out of there. Since I do not live close, saying that I wouldn't return would have no relevance. If I did, I would find another dealer to do business with and avoid them at all costs. Very sad for the brand.

I called for a price for the oil change and time frame and was given a price of $370 and that I would drop it off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. When I called in the afternoon they said it probably wouldn't be done but I showed up anyway to find myself with a $580 for things I did not authorize and after a back and furth for about 30 min they can only help with a bill of $523.54 so from $370 to $523.54. Completely incorrect and unprofessional just taking my money would not recommend this place to anyone I feel as if I was robbed.

I went to this place for a brake recall for a Royal Enfield Himalayan, while there they asked me if I wanted to do a service for around $100.00...l accepted...! the worst thing I did...! I ended up with a bill of $359.48 without any convincing explanation. Be careful with these gentlemen when they take their motorcycles for repair.

A joke. Anti-helpful staff honestly. Find another BMW dealer that actually cares about their clients.
Everyone's speaking Spanish in front of you, I feel like they didn't want me in the store. Long time owner of numerous BMWs, e30, e46, e92, e83, e71, k70 not to mention numerous other motorcycles. First experience with a bmw dealer that is unwilling to help and be thorough, especially noting that I'm about to go touring and need to know the correct information and have the correct parts, unwilling to match prices from other bmw dealer that was further away for me. Found it hard to get answers about my specific vehicle. I mean this is the reason why I go to dealers and not shop online.. but... NEVER again here...

Exactly the type of place you want to avoid: cold welcome, service bad, price too high. I own a 2023 R1200GS, I came at 5pm on a Tuesday: nobody to say hi, no body to help you, no good byte nothing.

Review long overdue..
Came here with my father to replace his harley, he chose a R 1250 R and hasn't looked back since.
David and the accessories/ service dept ladies continue to be the only nice thing about this place despite what happened next...
6 MONTHS LATER (1/23)
I finally purchased an R18 and had a rough experience with borderline bait-and-switch tactics, but otherwise am enjoying a great bike. Now, 650 miles later, I'm due for the break-in service. Turns out they only have one mechanic and he's burnt out because he left the drain plug finger tight and I leaked oil all the way back home. Luckily, the plug didn't fall out during the ride home and the level is still acceptable but I did not pay $523 for this. I cannot recommend this place anymore if it means I have to inspect my own machine after paying for "BMW quality service"... and prices.

This mechanic, Carlos, should be given an intensive course in dealing with customers. Very arrogant.
You talk to him with respect, he looks at you and doesn't answer you or he tells you that he doesn't have time and ignores you. He could be a little nicer, I think, if you work with the public.
And on top of that they lie to you about the prices of the service, one day they told me a price for the first service and another day they told me another price, I didn't understand anything.

BMW Motorrad of America should re-consider these guys using their brand. These mechanics know the basics like oil change and tire pressure, but we had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with our GS brakes recall. They messed up the brakes the first time, forcing us to return the second time. Each time is a full day trip. Zero quality control over their mechanics by the foreman. My husband and I are furious and drove all the way up to West Palm to get the job done properly. BMW MOTORRAD we hope you are reading this!!!

Terrible service, looks like they do not care at all, I have been there to request a service and they told to wait for two months for an appointment for a safety Recall, a guy called Carlos Rodriguez told they are going to call me himself or Efren Gomez, never happened, I had to go to the Fort Meyers BMW dealer and they took my bike in just two days.
In the past have called the service department on various occasions.... no one ever answers, I leave messages, emails or voicemail and with parts department personnel and never get a call back, this is
BMW standard of customer service???.
The shop looks great and they have an extensive line of products, but if you want to return something they do not accept ANY returns without a restoking fee of 30%, really???? This is a BMW shop?? | have been asking different shops and none does, only if you has request and order previously, this is shop only for tourist visiting Miami and they take that advantage, just go on line and get your stuff at your home from another BMW shops.
If you need any specific OEM parts, forget it, they do not have nothing, absolutely all has to the ordered, do not make sense, please do not waste your time to go there.

"Royal Enfield" owners beware! This has got to be the worst experience l've had in Miami. I only gave a 1 star, because thats my only option!
They have no idea what they are doing, and the customer service is unimaginably bad. I have a custom 2012 Enfield. They could not give me any kind of definitive answer as to whether they can fix my problem or not. Every thing was maybe this, perhaps that. In my mind it means gauge my pockets!
After 1 week of no results, I finally gave up and will take my business elsewhere!!

I just came and the doors were locked, and the it said on the door from Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm. And I was there Monday at 12:30pm. There was a person inside and we knocked on the door just to ask if it was just temporary closed. He did not even come to tell us, just ignored us. My only explanation is that this person is not the owner but just a worker. Because as an owner I'll never leave a customer at the door without any information. Never coming
